- New patient appointment – 1 hour £120
- Follow-up - 1 hour £100
- Follow-up 45 mins £80
- Follow-up 30 mins £60
- Video Follow-up 30 mins £50
- Reports - £50
- Gym/swimming - additional costs may apply to cover entry fees. Permission may be required from the facility.
- Prices include travel time within my catchment area, documentation and provision of exercise programme
- Travel outside of catchment area - £15 per additional 15 mins of travel outside of catchment area
